ELISE RICHARDS

Elise Richards is a dancer, choreographer, host and founder of Osas Company, based in Utrecht. She trained at Rijn IJssel and the Amsterdam University of the Arts. Her work is rooted in hip-hop, African history and Black American culture. As a recipient of the Youth Medal of Honor from the City of Utrecht, she proves herself both on and off the stage. She is co-founder of Young Minds Utrecht and Youth Advisor for the Municipality of Utrecht.

With Osas Company, she builds a platform for young creative talent from the street styles — artistically and professionally. “We Grow, We Shine, We Share”

CICELY WIJNALDUM

Cicely Wijnaldum is a performing artist, creator, the producer for Osas Company. After graduating from Creative College in Utrecht she started working full-time as a performing artist and gained experience in various disciplines. As a creator, she combines different disciplines and perspectives to create work that is meaningful and vibrant. This aids her work as a producer efficiently and purposefully. Before working at Osas Company, she worked on various productions for both theater and film sets. Currently, she works extensively behind the scenes, manages the content process of Osas Company, and is responsible for communication.

NEO JANSEN

Neo Jansen is a dancer who graduated from the dance academy in Utrecht. She has worked as a performing dancer, content creator, and resident dance teacher since 2023. From teaching to judging to performing — she brings international experience to every age and level. Within OSAS Company, Neo is responsible for social media management and communications, and supports Elise as an assistant in theater creations. Additionally, she immerses herself in hip-hop culture and creates her own video projects, ranging from concept videos to music videos, as a visual way to share dance and develop her creativity. To her, OSAS represents a place where togetherness, growth, fun, and equality are key.

HALIMA SHAABAN

Halima Shaaban is a visual artist and graphic designer based in the Hague. After completing her bachelor in Arts and Cultural Sciences she started establishing her artistic career under the name ‘artificihally’. She mainly creates digital art about healing her inner child, experiencing womanhood, escapist behavior and establishing identity with the power of aesthetics. This resulted in art exhibitions, selling works and organizing art events. From 2025 she started experimenting with graphic design as it can be seen as an extension of digital illustration. At OSAS Company she is responsible for the visual design of the website, of the branding and of social media.
